The slacks I received are 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. There appears to be no way to return them and get a refund..Can you help?

The ad showed fairies with 3 dimensional bodies made of wire with metal dandelions in various positions. What I got was a metal silhouette of a fairies with dandelions. Not bad looking but definitely NOT what I wanted or paid for. Also how did an order to Kilgory end up with support@hearofu? Was the misspelling done on purpose?

Ist das ihr ernst so ein kleines Geschenk für 60 Euro die kopfhörer kann ich mir auch so kaufen für 10 Euro schämen sie sich nicht andere Leute haben auch gekauft haben einen Laptop und so weiter wen ich sie bewerten sollte bekommen sie schlechte Noten von mir ich möchte die Hälfte wieder zurücken haben.

Es wurde viel versprochen und nicht eingehalten. Viel Geld bezahlt und minderwertige Sachen bekommen, die dem Preis nicht entsprechen. Es wurden mytery Boxen. Sprich Pakete angepriesen und bekommen zwei kleine Pakete mit dem selben Inhalt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Arne Castagnier

I ordered $189.00 of 2023 Silver Eagles, state as .999% pure Silver at 1 ounce. There are at best a composite metals material. The coins are less in diameter than a Silver Eagle, and they do not even weigh 1 ounce in weight. I have sent them a false advertisement warning and am asking for a full refund!

Offered 10 TB USB drives on FaceBook. The items arrived but did not work.

First email with the company wanted the shipping label which I had thrown out. So, they offered me 30% of my purchase ... I said no... they offered 50% and I took it to be done with it.
