I received an email today stating that at 1:05 am last night I ordered a subscription for $39.95 and ongoing charges of $19.00. I have no idea what this subscription is for (confirmation only says v2). At that time I was in bed and sound asleep. The email has my full name, address, and post office box number. The confirmation number is 1737619, dated 8/30/2023 at 1:05 am. When I try to call customer service at the number listed on the website the automated answer tried to get more personal information (telephone number) and hangs up on me. Also website says the subscription rate for standard service is half of what they are charging me.
