I asked for a refund since the order still has not been received, to which I was directed to a link saying there are delays due to the holiday season. I was also directed to a link saying no refunds would be issued for lost or stolen packages.
I finally received something in the mail from USPS stating no package was attached, only a beat up shipping label.
I was able to get the tracking number after rerouted to a different link. The tracking number on the label I received from USPS matches the one on the website they directed me to.
They are still refusing to issue a refund since no item was received.
