Our nonprofit's Executive Director asked a basic question and did not agree to any type of membership plan. We noticed 2 separate posted charges of $1.00 and $55.00 the next business day. As Office Manager, I notified my boss and we immediately logged in to JustAnswer's site and saw "cancellation" was available. Upon contacting customer service, they stated we are ineligible for a refund even though he never agreed to a recurring monthly charge. This is a predatory billing practice, and this company should be ashamed of themselves.
