I ordered shoes and clothing on line july10 2023. Kiellei emailed me a tracking # to track on a fraudulent delivery company after I complained in August that I didn't receive my order. Their tracking company showed my order was delivered to Cathedral City (no address) on July 29th. I emailed Kiellei support for a refund several times. No response. No answer from their phone #
