I was scrolling on FB and spinned a board which showed a Blue Coach bag that I won. When I clicked the link, it said that I had to pay $9.97 for shipping then they added $8.97 for Lifestyle Pro so immediately I emailed them to cancel the Lifestyle Pro. The following day they charged me $139.97 and again another $139.97 two days later. I disputed the $8.97 and $9.97 and I won the dispute. I couldn’t dispute the $139.97 because they were still pending. I called the company. They didn’t recognize my phone number. I clicked zero to be connected to a live representative. They hung up twice. Finally I got someone that wanted to refund me 50%. I said no I want a full refund. She said she couldn’t do that. I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor; none was available. I said I was going to report the company to the BBB. She put me on hold and came back ready to refund me everything. I only received the cancellation letter for the two $139.97 but the $9.97 and $8.97 was not refunded. This company should be closed down for charging my credit card without my authorization and claiming there was a 1-day trial that I did not see anything about. Regardless, I emailed their support immediately to cancel the Lifestyle Pro.
