I purchased this item through Facebook Marketplace on January 26, 2024 and have yet to receive it. I have contacted them numerous times via email, and kept getting the same responses to use their tracking website to check the shipment status of the package. According to that website, the product was delivered on February 19, 2024. I have sent screenshots of their tracking website and they keep giving the same general responses, of "please be patient" , "your order is still in transit," and just on April 10, 2024 they claim the package was delivered but it has not.
