I ordered a bag for $5 in February. With shipping it came up to 12 dollars. Sent a couple of emails and received a response from Malla Customer Service Scarlett Parker. It is almost May. So I assume that my money is gone

I ordered 2 weekender bags and never received them. I have reached out to check the status of my order and have not received a response. I have also asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath.
