I had ordered several items of clothes. The clothes were very low in price, so I was thinking it was a clearance offer. While waiting for the items, I kept looking on the SHOP app to see when it would be delivered. The app kept telling me it was on the way. After 2 weeks of not receiving my items, I received a message that said "Delivered" I send an email letting them know that I didn't receive my items.

After several back and forth emails, and Me threating them to turn them in.... I did get all but $12 dollars back ($25 out of the $37) They told me it was for shipping. However, shipping was free.

I just want the company stopped!! I know better, and I was tricked. Please look into them.
