I made an order 25th of August and I haven't received.Their last mail was at 8 of March in order to say that they looking for my order.

I searched for a animated Christmas dog that we wanted. Found it and purchased it. 1 week later my card was used in New York for. $50 dollar transaction then later that day a $1056 and $553 was attempted to be charged one from Canada and the other from California. I never put to and to together until I looked at the tracker they sent me that told me it would take 2 months to get there. When contacted them via email they told me they would give half of my money back for my troubles. Which I never recieved. I then reported the company to my bank as the person who stole my card.

I attempted to purchase two pairs of pants from the ******** ****** **** brand that were not in store from their web site. There is a disclaimer that the store web site is not supported by the physical stores. I paid $60.00 US with no extra shipping and handling charges which was $82.83 Cdn and it appreared on my credit card statement August 11, 2023 as a debit from COMETINBOX. The bank phoned shortly after to say my credit card was hacked and removed my credit card number. I received a text and e-mail from (325)238-5056 confirming the order with a tracking link from https://dvftrack.com and saying I can send an e-mail to [email protected] or call (925) 856-9994. They referenced COMETINBOX. I replied by e-mail numerous times and received many replies - the order is on its way, the order is on a boat, the order will arrive in two weeks, etc. No arrival of the two pairs of pants after four months. .

I ordered shoes from a shoe website that looked legitimate in August. I received an order confirmation but no tracking information. I had to email their customer support and got vague updates. Then started getting updated that looked legitimate as well saying the order was on a cargo ship and would arrive in 4-8 weeks. At the 8 week mark I still didn’t receive my shoes and was finally told I’d receive a full refund in 7-10 business days. It’s been beyond the 10 day mark and I still never received my shoes or the refund. Now the company won’t answer my emails.

I paid for some pool chemicals back on July 17th and included am expedited shipping fee. Nothing has been delivered in four months. The tracking link does not work. The website has been red flagged for not being secure. The phone number is "busy". About three weeks ago I spoke to a person who told me it had been delayed but was being delivered that week. Not true. I spent about $85.
Trackifypro must be a scam

I ordered a canopy July 26, 2023. I still haven’t received my product I keep getting the runaround they sent me a email with the tracking I was using that and then it stopped working. I called the phone number from that email that they sent me to confirm my purchase which was very Minimal information on the email. The lady I talk to you provided me a different tracking system. The tracking system would update here and there, but it would say it was in customs and it was completed out of customs then it say it back in customs just kept on getting the runaround talk to multiple people telling me I would have my product the next day then the lady would tell me that it just got off the boat every time you talk to somebody was a different story when I asked for my money back they said they wanted to give me 50% back instead of the full amount I argued that she put me on hold so she’s gonna talk to her refund department. She comes back and says OK will refund you . Everything has been shady with this purchase.

I tried to purchase a pocket knife and they sent me a fake tracking site that said my package was being processed, then getting ready for shipment, then the tracking site went off line

[email protected] was a second Email address used. Website purported to sell old fashioned Playtex cross your heart bras that elderly women like, country of origin not specified. I was trying to buy for my mother. My purchase totaled $60 and I got emails from this “trackify” website about my purchase. Next day four large debit card purchases were made at my Truist bank account, fortunately I had daily account balance monitoring and was able to report immediately and get refunded by bank. (The charges were to real companies, JustEnergy, ACI financial, and USA Specialty Insurance) Asked scam website for a refund via phone and email, got vague responses. No refund and no product ever received a month later. I googled the customer service telephone number and see many varying scams associated with that number
