I purchased a product off Facebook. I received a very sub-standard product. I tried twice to reach the company via the email address given on their website. Both time the email was marked "undeliverable". I searched Facebook and found a post for a different product by this company. When I tried to make a comment the entire post disappeared and I cannot find it now. No contact phone number is given anywhere. The email I tried was the one given if a person wanted a replacement or refund! Company return address: Dept., 1055 Sesame St., Franklin Park, IL. 60101
