i seen ads on facebook watching videos about a book department store closing down and selling books for cheap. i fell for it and they said the package was delivered but i never received anything.

Purchased a pallet of returned tools for 50 dollars was expecting a 32 tool set. I received a single screw driver the false advertising blew my mind. When I contacted the customer service department I was told I would be offered a 5% discount due to what I received. Even if I were to receive the tools I thought I purchased and they happened to be broke i wouldn’t have been upset. But the fact of the matter is what I received was no where in the purchase agreement.

I thought I purchased a chair from this company. I received an email stating shipped with a tracking number from China. I can't track the shipment at all. After 1 month I contacted this company and they told to me to wait, it will be here. Then they said it was received by my postal system but couldn't give me any information. I asked for a refund and they only wanted to give me a 20% refund. After several back n forth emails, they said a 50% refund. After over a month and several more emails to the UK, still no refund. This company is a joke!

I saw an Instagram reel for a Black Friday sim de janiero deal and placed an order for a package. I hadn’t recieved the package and reached out to the email given. Someone named Lily sent me a fake tracking number and site that said the package was already delivered. After back and forth and mentioning I hadn’t received the package, Lily said that they had to verify and talk to the delivering company and it would take 3-5 days. They then said it would take an additional 10-15 days to confirm. I demanded my money back again and they said my package was probably stolen and it isn’t on them but they can give me 30% back. As I’ve placed orders online dozens of time and never encountered any stealing issues as well as have motion detection cameras and 100% no package was ever delivered I demanded a full refund but have yet to hear back. So annoying, just want my money back.

They said the package was delivered. I never received and checked with neighbors. They are offering 30% refund from original purchase prices

Hess trucks offered for $9.99 due to store closing. Borealisccx opened on Facebook like a real store offering all sorts of items, most recently Christmas items. Store appeared to be USA or Canada but tracking came through Hong Kong.

Went on instagram and purchased an iPad for 45 dollars. Received a confirmation from their site saying they received the order. Next received an email saying it was delivered. I contacted the customer support, and she said they delivered it. I was told it was put in my mailbox and that was when I knew they were lying. My mailbox is not big enough for an iPad to fit in. When I questioned them they said there was a mistake and that it was at the post office. I know that was another lie because I know my postal carrier. The email responses came from Cassie at Blu Sky. They use three emails. Still no proof of service and no product. I was made aware when the bank contacted me for a second charge which I denied.

The Facebook add said it was HSN1. I ordered a countertop ice machine that with tax cost me $66.98. 3 months later I received a tiny, doesn’t even weigh an ounce, ice tray that you can get for a $1 most places. After many irate emails, the best they can offer is 5% refund and they say that all ice machines are gone. They will not budge. They think they are doing me a favor by allowing me to keep the item received. This is what their last email said….” In order to save your time and effort, the fastest solution now is that we offer you a 10% refund, I hope you can understand that this item we also paid the cost and shipping.Even if you are not satisfied with it, you can keep it or give it to a friend.” I’m so angry. At myself but also that companies like this are allowed to operate. Pictured is what I received and screenshot is of what I bought.

Sooo these guys post on Facebook amazon boxes for sale you buy it and are sent a confirmation but I noticed the no reply email was xboarderecommerce the website used was werekilled.com and then they CHANGED IT to parentafter.com when you email their sites email it doesn't work because it doesn't exist. They give a phony tracking and it's all bullcrap scammers
