I was ordering something for my daughter and another child. They charged me more than expected to begin with. No.. i did not expect free shipping... nor did i "check any boxes"... agreeing to ANYTHING! THEN moments later i had a fraudulent charge to my card for almost $400 in addition to my unauthorized charge that was more than it previously said on the purchase of 2 plushies. It was only initially supposed to be ONLY $24.95. THATS ALL I WAS AGREEING TO. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL... ITS NO ANSWER.... AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR "SUBMITTED TICKETS"..THIS IS FRAUD AND I DEMAND A FULL REFUND.
