I saw an ad on TikTok for a buy one get one free pheromone perfume. So, I ordered it & spent $24.97. It was a one time transaction, not a subscription. Almost a month later & I have yet to receive the product and my debit card has been charged again, without my consent or authorization. I’ve attempted to get in touch with the merchant to settle this kerfuffle, but, to no avail. I was never sent a confirmation message, or a return email when I inquired.

I ordered on Oct 29th. Hadn’t received notification of shipment by Nov 4th while other items purchased later from other vendors had already shipped. Sent an email to customer service to check on status. Nov 7 got a response that they were working on it and it would ship soon. Nov 15 there was no proof if shipment yet so I sent an email about cancellation and refund. While not stated in the email, this started to feel like a scam. Received a response on Nov 25 that there policy is no cancellation after 15 minutes.

after purchase online I received an email with order number. A week later went by I tried to re track my order and the web site says my order number does not match their records. I called the number and it hangs up immediately. I tried sending an email and the server address does not work. I went to the Facebook page where I originally saw the ad. Sure enough several customers on the page say they never received their order too.

Never sent product or tracking number. I called many times no phone number says spam emails were sent almost daily no response to where my order was .....rip off add on Facebook
