I started playing a phone game called NFL rivals. It’s a football game and the better players you have the better your team is. at first I was skeptical to buy any kind of online purchases bc of all the nightmares I heard about. Then, I decided to go ahead and start buying players card. I made a good amount of purchases. However, some of the purchases were not supposed to go thru & got charged for it anyways. I did cancel some of the purchases before the transaction went through. When I went to check my credit card a couple days later I noticed the amount was a lot higher. So I called my credit and I told him some of these charges were unauthorized. What happened then this game called NFL rivals they locked me and banned me for my account. At this time I have spent over $1,100. Some of that amount was unauthorized. There was no one 800 number only email. I got a hold of mythical games via email and a rep told me that I needed to call my cc card. Tell them that I’m gonna go ahead and pay for these unauthorized charges and get proof that I will pay for it, submit the docs to them and they will reassess my account. Even though I didn’t buy some of the stuff, I didn’t want to lose everything that I already invested in this game. So I made a decision to go ahead and eat the charges. I submitted proof back to them and 2 days later I got an email saying , “We’re sorry, we decided to LOCK & BAN your account permanently. After all the work I did, after all the money I spent. This company still went ahead and locked my account forever. I did everything I was supposed to, I took the charges that were on authorized & paid for them. I’ve sent them email saying please. Can you guys refund me my money? I can’t play this game ever again. . No one responds back to me. Please be careful with this company. Do not do business with them. If there’s one issue, they’ll ban your account. Mythical Games, mythical marketplace & NFL Rivals.
