On 11/23 on Instagram Goosecreek candles page popped up all candles $5.95 I bought $100 worth. To my surprise received email from [email protected] stating and confirming my purchase along with a tracking number from company 17Track. I went on this website and tracked package that stated delivered which I never received. Lesson learned.

I ordered a shirt from this company on November 23rd and I have attempted to login to look at the tracking number and they're tracking number information never works I have emailed them through their customer support numerous times without them ever getting back to me and since I paid through my credit card I cannot file a dispute to get my money back.

I ordered a table game from this company; my CC payment was transacted through Stripe. I contacted them to inquire about delivery with a copy of my receipt # 1100-8230 which I received in a confirmation email, they have my email address and responded they cannot find my order. I have let them know I will be turning this over to the attorney general in my state. They emailed me back asking for screen shots of my order, screenshot of my payment, what store I ordered it from. All information they never provided other than receipt info. I will be contacting my CC company and also the Iowa AG.

They had an ad for a cat tree on Facebook for 48.88. I ordered it. Got an email that they had received my order. Later that day i googled them and saw people had been scammed by them. Immediately emailed them asking for them to return my money, they said they would that was 11/22/23. I still haven't received any refund and they have stopped responding to any contact.
