I received an email from Marriott Rewards/Bonvoy - their loyalty program asking me to answer a short survey about their hotel chain and receive a pair of king size deluxe pillows absolutely free. The survey appeared to be on point, very specific to their hotel chain which I frequent. All I had to do was pay a shipping fee of $6.99. The transaction recorded on my banking website as "SECUREPAY". In actuality I was charged $39.92 and never received the product. In addition another transaction was made for $60.09 the very same day on my debit card. Today I received a notice from their support email stating that my order (Ribose Keto) was shipped and received a confirmation code. My debit card has been canceled and my bank is investigating this scam.

I received two emails for orders I did not place. I don't what website this is from or who/how to contact them. The first was for Ribose Keto Product for $60.09 and the second was for Zenova Fitness Suit for $149.95
