Made a purchase 12/2/23. Order was charged immediately. Order confirmation received. As of today 2/6/24 order has not been received. All inquiries have been answered with robo responses. Plan to contest charges with my credit card.

I saw clothing for sale on FB under the company name Peackfoather. The merchandise shown looked to be of good quality. I ordered and it took 2 months to get the item. It was clearly not what I ordered. The company claims to be selling items made in the USA but they are being shipped from overseas. The tracking source is shady as well. The item was labeled from Andy with an address of 3477 Algonquin Rd in Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. USPS tracking **** **** **** **** **** **. They show a tracking address of https://www.17track.net/?nums=SDH0009274599. The tracking number of ********************. The first stop was Udine,33100, Italy on 11/10/23. I don’t believe this info. Now they don’t want to help me return the item.
