I purchased 6 bras from "Portablelse" as advertised on Facebook, for which I was overcharged when the cost was applied to my credit card.  I contacted "Portablelse" immediately upon finding the error (within 10 minutes of having placed the order) and told them I wanted the order cancelled.  Three more times over the next 2 days I reiterated to them that I wanted the order cancelled. Finally they got back to me by email stating there had been a system error & that the overcharge would be refunded (which it was). But, they went on to say that the order had already gone through & could NOT be cancelled!!  They suggested I go ahead and receive the order (what choice did I have??), & that when I got it (received it 20 days later!), if I was not happy with it, I could send it back.  The bras I got were not as shown in the ad (cups were way TOO small). As for returning them, I would have to send them back to China, which would be VERY expensive, & I was responsible to pay for that.  So they offered me a $6 refund on a $57 purchase I could not use at all!!  In the end they told me the most they could refund me was $12.  So I am out $45.  Be ware.  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM "PORTABLELSE", unless you want to be put through hassles & have money to throw away!!!
