Presented email from REI Coop - which I am a member of- and requested survey of my experience and indicated a gift for completing the survey and I had to pay shipping only. After I completed and gave payment info for shipping it indicated I had signed up for a membership with FITGNX and instead of the $9 shipping they were charging me $98! I sent email to cancel but the email address was bogus! I did call the number and spoke with a guy (foreigner) and demanded they cancel and return my money. After a long threatening fight he emailed me confirmation of a credit for the $98.00. I don’t know if it legitimate or not but I am advising Visa so they can remove if it is not.
