My wife and I are setting up a trust and needed a copy of our property deed. I typed, "google.com" and put "copy of property deed needed from Allen County, Indiana" The first site that came up was Propertyrecs.com and appeared to be legitimate. However, I was first asked to pay $1, then $7, $9 & $15, etc = total $32 but they were not able to supply a copy of our deed. So I went down to the Allen County Recorder's Office and paid $2 for 2 sheets which is what I should have done in the first place
