Hoping this helps someone else. This company does not honor its customers. They are obviously all about their bottom line from my experience & from reading the few reviews that are up. I have placed an order and requested a cancellation of said order in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t receive a response from the company until the following day when I was informed that if it has already gone to shipping that they couldn’t cancel the order. Which is completely fine with me being that I understand how the shipping process can go. But when I was informed that they do not do returns and that I can refuse the delivery, at that point I began to be concerned and at that point I also began to feel as if I had been taken advantage of and would not be receiving any compensation. I wish I was forward thinking enough to read the reviews before using this website, but the fact that I’m writing this review says otherwise. So naturally the person who I was corresponding with sent me to the return policy on their website. Basically in no way shape or form will you get your money back from this company. They are so underhanded that they adjusted the return policy or their website to reflect whatever excuse or narrative they are making up at the time not to issue a refund. They also know that most people are not reading the return policies when they are shopping on the site. I have already informed my family and friends about pure modern living and hopefully this review helps at least one person to no be taken advantage of. Going to upload photos of email conversations. Also after leaving my review I noticed that the person I was corresponding with about this issue left a review… How is this right? You work for and possibly own or have interests in said company but your writing a review?
