I placed an order from facebook from a company called Redcloudbird. I paid through Paypal. Payment went to a Starcraft Network Limited in China (Mong Kok, Fa Yuen Kin Hing Building No.97, Fa Yuen Strre, Kawloon, Hong Kong Sar China, HK). Package came from a Cgoieent Ggewey, 3108 Legend Way, Dayton, OH 45449. Item was a sweatshirt that wasn't near the quality that was shown on line. No response from Redcloudbird or Starcraft Network when I tried to contact them. Finally Paypal said Starcraft Network would send me a full refund if I returned it at my cost. The amount to return it to Hong Kong would be at least $32.OO and tracking would only follow until it left the US. I paid $58.00 to get the item that ended up being of poor quality and now have to pay that much to ship it back in HOPES of getting my money back. Looked them up on line and others have had problems with them. Just want other senior citizens to know that this company is not reliable on getting what you actually ordered. Would appreciate someone looking into this company and letting us know. Hope this will help others.
