I ordered item from them on 2/15/2026. Thinking it was in the USA, however it was not. I reached out to thema month later asking where My package was because the tracking number they gave me still showed it trying to clear customs. I informed them that I never received and I would like a refund since I never received the package. Several emails back and forth and them telling to ask friends and family if they took the package and that I need to check my home surveillance cameras or to go to the post office and get my package. I replied that I did verify that it was not delivered and my cameras show that no deliveries were made on the day that they are claiming it was delivered 3-23-2026. Once that email, they have not responded to me even though I am now emailing them daily looking for my money to be refund by them. Also, I paid for insurance on the package.

Ordered product for one price then card charged double the amount, immediately contacted and was given the run around as to why i should just wait on product as opposed to being charged correctly. Return policy states you cancel before order is shipped but literally less than 15 minutes after charge they won't allow cancelation or credit correct amount.
