I found the company through a Facebook ad identifying themselves as Coldwater Creek. The charge for the company was listed as Ping Pong. The actual Coldwater Creek company is aware of this scam. Clothing I purchased never arrived and the company will not resend or refund my order. After much dispute, they offered a 20% refund.

Guess that's what happens when you try to get some books! They were advertised on Facebook too... knew it was going to be an issue when I tried to cancel my order and now they're saying my parcel was small and should have been delivered -- BS! 🤣🙃🫠

I ordered 2 jackets that were supposed to be from Coldwater Creek for $59.89 on Oct. 19 2023 and haven’t heard a word from them ! Somebody should be monitoring these scammers to keep people from being ripped off of their money ! They are making millions off innocent people !

I have been scammed also from Coldwater Creek Outlet. I have had contact with someone and they are saying the most they can refund is 20% unless the package can be found. In my case it shows tracking and that it was delivered. They keep telling me to check with neighbors who may have signed for it, and I say show me the signature. 2nd time they have told me that the wrong item was sent and that I need to return it now. 3rd time they offered me 10% refund, and now we are up to the max they can return of 20% otherwise it causes them a loss. Really, what about my loss.

On the Facebook page it was advertised and being with Temu (who we have brought from many times) As we thought it was Temu we went ahead and brought. I get a daily email from them in response to my request to give our money back. They say the same thing, that the parcels has been delivered (which they have not) and they will give us back 40% of our money. We will only accept 100% of our money back as they are thieves.

I bought two books online and got an order number. Tried to look up the order number to see where my package is and apparently my order number does not exist so either give me the product or refund me the money!

I ordered my item 10/5/23. I paid for priority shipping, to be here in 3-5 days. All they can say is it is transit and they can't do anything to help. They refuse to give me back my money.

I got the same type of message, photo and all. They say they delivered at the time that I was home. No package. Contacted my card holder and they said they deal with lots of these claims for them. I was ordering from what I thought was Coldwater Creek.

Bought a few 3.99 box sets, I should have known was a scam seeing as how too good to be true it is. Mine was from an instagram ad. I use the original sight from time to time, so I should have been more conscious. Be very wary, they use this email as contact support, and my bank statment says Hong Kong.

I was scrolling through insta wen i saw a reel with rocha baron name on it and i saw that they were selling books with $ 2.98.It was a clearance sale .And i ordered 2 sets of books my order went up to $20.Scrolling through again i saw the same post but with a different name on it and i decided to search for information about this page and i found the same results it was a scam

Bought fencing on Facebook. The company advertisement was Yeinza. Letter logo was Costco and it was not through Costco.
