Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Users may place orders for these products through their website, which also seems to be supported by Shopify/ShopPay. After placing my order, I did receive tracking information when the item shipped. However, when the item arrived, it was not the product advertised. The product was a different brand, called Mofajang. None of the ingredients listed on the website were on the list of ingredients on the product, and it included multiple synthetic ingredients. A search for the brand of product I received showed that it was available online for $8; I was charged $25.
Upon receipt of the product, I contacted customer support and requested a return. I explained that the product was not the same as advertised, and that it was not the same brand I ordered. The customer service team responded that the product had been fulfilled directly from their supplier factory, was the same item just with a different label, and they asked that I keep the product instead of requesting a return or refund. I expressed that I would still like to return my item, as it was not what was advertised. They again denied my request to return, despite the 30-day return policy. I asked that the support team verify that they will not honor their advertised return policy and have not yet received a response.
