I went on the site to order a lounge, set, pants and top. I ordered this in September and got a confirmation from the company. I have followed up for three months asking where it is and those support person, Kristin, just keeps saying it’s on its way, they don’t give a phone number so there is no way to call. I have sent numerous emails but now they have stopped responding.

Paid for clothing and never received. It’s been four months. Several emails back and forth and now can’t get any response from the “company.”
