I purchased 3 supposedly zoom optical units from Starscope. Units were not as advertised, so I tried several times to get the return address by submitting an email request for instructions (the only method the company has available). After the third or forth request I got a response, of an offer of a 30% discount to keep the units, which I politely refused. I have submitted several other requests (always on their contact form) for the return since then with no response. the company literature states - returns must be returned to proper address, given by customer service or return will be rejected. Calling phone # on site loops me back to the form already submitted too many times!
