Scam due to it's ineffectiveness and issues with customer service. Also, not returnable unless unopened & not used! Product claims long lasting results...2 days for me. Only accepts returns if unopened & unused! Doesn't work on fine, course or sensitive areas. Not officially rated on BBB, but received an "F" with 14 cons/3 pro's! Listed on Amazon for $18-17. I bought direct and paid $64+, including tax. Overall, NOT as effective as advertised!!! Don't buy!
