I ordered 4 snugglehoodies on 1/3/24 paid 7 day shipping and never received my order. have multiple times reached out, to which I have receive the same email response: We sincerely appreciate your trust in us, and we want to express our gratitude for your patience regarding your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand the anticipation of receiving your items.

Please be assured that our team is working diligently to ensure the swift delivery of your order. We understand the importance of your purchase, and we are committed to making sure it reaches you as soon as possible.

They sent tracking details but when you try to track it shows no data found. I explained this several times, they never would provide updated tracking. I asked for a refund, they responded they are investigating but never received further response. Everything seems like a red flag with this company. I have disputed charge with banking institute, but wanted to also file a claim with the ScamPulse.com so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
