I bought what I thought was as described on their website. When I collected them to get my money back because the item was totally not as described on their website they first tried to get me to send 20 more dollars for return shipping I pointed out to them that was not listed information for returns on their website they then proceeded to tell ME that they will lose their job if their manager finds out that they are giving me a refund... That doesn't work they went on to tell me they would only give me back a portion of my money. Again I told them that is not what is listed on their website. I contacted my bank and they said my account was frozen and they can't refund me 70 percent. I tried going back n forth through email as this is the only contact they have. I have talked to my bank and disputed these charges but I want to make sure they are handled thoroughly for being scammers. Even though it's just 24 dollars.. It's mine and point blank if you sell something and it is not as described and you advertise full refund on your website then you should not beat around the bush by trying to extort more money from the customer and keep any of their refund.
