- Iowa City, IA, USA

They use deceptive advertising about guaranteed returns, but when you try to return an unsatisfactory product, you get a message from Slbei Xiao at [email protected] that the return shipping fee is $50-80 and they will refund only $8.00 (of the $36.99) that I paid. This has happened to many other customers (see online reviews for Grishay)

On 2/11/23 I purchased two pairs of shoes from Sursell. They advertised as arch supportive shoes . It took nearly a month for the delivery. I contacted the company inquiring about the delivery and they provided a tracking number that didn’t track anything. I emailed the company again notifying them the tracking number was useless and they needed to provide a delivery date or cancel my order. I then received a link to track the order however it was another couple of weeks prior to the delivery. Upon opening the package, I immediately tried the shoes on. They are significantly too small in the length and in the toe box width. The space where you insert foot when putting on is very loose. The shoes were advertised as providing arch support however these shoes have a completely flat insole, which lacks any arch support, when coupled with the loose sides around foot hole opening it is impossible for the arch to have any support. The quality of the shoe material is cheap. I immediately emailed the company stating what i just explained above and requested a full refund. The response I received from the company said return shipping would cost $50 - $80 due to them being in China and that i would only receive $8.00 for the return. Their math doesn’t quite make sense but I’m sure they did not incur $50-$80 shipping charge for products that cost $76.99. I again responded to this quote and said it was fraudulent and requested my full refund. Their correspondence has the name: Libiyi on it, which I have seen associated with the shoes on Facebook. In the correspondence the website is listed keillini.com. The email I was provided as customer service is [email protected]. There is a phone number listed on the advertisement page: 833-493-2323. This appears to be a U.S. number. I would like any help you can provide in recovering my money and shutting their operation down or at the very least warning other potential buyers.
