I bought a birdfeeder from a Twitter online store advertised at 50% off, discounted from $67.98 to $33.99. My total cost after tax and shipping cost was $44. I got a package that was crushed. The feeder was shipped to me from their "RETURN WAREHOUSE." And the feeder was 1/2 the size shown in their ad, it was used, and broken. The quality was so poor, so flimsy, I asked Clara for a refund. She said I had to ship the product back to "China" ($97), before she would refund me... saying, "see, its cheaper you take another feeder." Her return policy says we do NOT have to ship back damaged products. She will not give me a refund.

I have photos of everything, including her emails. You will notice that the box I received is crushed. When I saw the "Return Warehouse" label stuck on the original label, I removed it to see if there was an address where it was originated. There wasn't (Box 4). I also noted the "value" was placed at $8. That's what they did not want me to see.

The next photos are the feeders. What was advertised and what I got.
