That tracking number when entered in the USPS site appears to be fraudulent as well. It states that a label has been created but that it’s not yet in their system and has remained that way since 12/19/2023. The company has no contact phone number and after further investigation, their business address:
930 Hilgard Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90024
is the address for a popular destination here in Los Angeles, The W Hotel located in Westwood, CA.
The link associated with their customer service email: [email protected] comes back ‘Undeliverable’ and is tagged with a ‘Mail Delivery Subsystem’ error.
To add insult to injury, I just received an email yesterday, on 1/9/2024 asking me to review my purchase/item that I never received.
I have already contacted my bank and have made them aware of this issue/scam and they are investigating the matter further.
