I was online researching the best rings to buy to track my health and exercise and TITAN HEALTH RING or TITAN LONGEVITY RING came up as the most affordable and reliable ring to purchase. I placed my order in on 12/21/24 and the item was NOT on Backorder so I should have received it y 1b2/31/24. After a few weeks I sent an email to the customer service on my confirmation email [email protected] ON 1/11/25,1/21/25 and 2/6/25 never to get a reply or refund. I called my credit card co. and was told it comes up as a VARIETY Store. This company is not who they say they are and never replied to any of my email complaints.
