Purchased items from an ad on Facebook. The ad says that the company was Willow Tree - Sale. The receipt came up with Vikrasseth Limited, not Willow Tree. The account that I supposedly set up with Willow Tree is nonexistent and there is no order found with Willow Tree. I noticed nothing in the ordering that indicated that the items would not come from Willow Tree. Item said delivered but never received, offered to send again and the same thing happened. Numerous emails back and forth with attempts at refund. Loss of money.

Ordered November 11, sent email to them December 15, and heard back with a tracking number that showed it was delivered December 3. Lots of places listed with Chinese writing on the tracking information.

I saw an ad on Facebook about a gaming store clothing in California and everything 75% off. But after buying it should a different company, Vikrasseth Limited. Don’t buy from them because they steal from good people.

I saw an ad on facebook for a 17 piece willow tree nativity set on a website that had willow tree in the URL. It seemed legit even though the price was quite discounted, so I purchased the set on November 9. After the purchase, I received just a receipt from a company called VIKRASSETH LIMITED. It did not include information about shipping or tracking. Several weeks went by and I did some sleuthing - found out that VIKRASSETH LIMITED was a scam. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. They credited my account temporarily. When they contacted the seller the seller provided a certified shipping notice. It stated that my item shipped on November 22. It is now Dec 10 - so 18 days since it was apparently shipped and still not item. Due to the certified shipping document the seller provided, my credit card company reversed the credit :-( I now will need to dispute the outcome of the dispute to hopefully receive a permanent refund, but not sure how to prove to cc company that I did not receive the item.

Purchased a nativity set from them. I asked for a tracking number and they provided a number and the website of ***************************** Money was taken out of account and nothing received after 3 weeks. I have emailed them 3 times.

There was an Ad on Facebook for a Willow Nativity scene. I purchased and never received the package I have communicated with VIKRASSETH LIMITED through email but am just told it shipped go look again, etc.

11/7/23 placed order from Facebook for $38.19. On 11/17 I emailed asking for update on order. A response of sorry for delay, try tracking number AT129415188CN at https://t.17track.net from Becky at customer service. I was billed $48.99 (more than receipt said) on 11/11 Hong Kong, 11/15 international airport. 12/17 US on 12/3 I emailed again and received message “address not found, email account does not exist. I checked and the bill was removed from my recorfs

An ad for Overstock - Willow Tree Nativity sets popped up on Facebook. The original company name was Overstock, but the email receipt I received was from Vikrasseth Limited. The email did not include any info about delivery (no date or tracking number). I never received the order. Lost $100.
The address of so called company is 33 Springwell Ave Langley Park Durham UK and the owners name is MS Xing HE

Ordered from a website that claimed to be selling Willow Tree figures. Was sent tracking information which allowed me to follow the package from China to the US, where it eventually showed as being delivered successfully. I never received my package and when I reached out, my first response was to confirm whether or not I had received it and let them know. When I emailed back and asked if this was legitimate or was I being scammed, that email address was no longer active and I got an auto-reply from Google that my email was undeliverable.

Facebook ads. Hallmark ornaments and merchandise on heavy clearance. Spoofed TJMaxx as overstock. Had the secure lock in heading. Had asked for personal info to create account. After purchase, credit card said purchase was out of country. Immediately requested to cancel. Instead charge went thru. Within days website is gone! Disputing charge with credit card. Payment processing went thru Stripe whatever that is.

I clicked on an Instagram Ad for a company noted as OverstockExit - claiming to sell action figures for a discounted price. Stupid me, I should have known better. I placed an order and paid via credit card - in the amount of just under $20. The receipt I received via email was for an organization named Vikrasseth Limited and noted an email address of [email protected] for any questions.
