After I provided my feedback on the quality of the "Adjustable Glasses", they wanted to offer me a partial refund and for me to keep them. I declined as I told them I did not want the item and requested a full refund, which they said they would process once the item was returned to the address they provided. This was an escalation done on PayPal and they even found the seller to be on the right, even though I returned the item, paid for the shipping label, and they received per the carrier's website. This has been a very frustrating issue that was done in August, and still no response!
