Approached me at a bank ATM. Offered to clean my windshield, fix two dents and clean rust spots on my hood. Told me to do to Walgreens while they worked. Said that I had to pay $100, then told me I needed to pay $475 again. I refused to pay more than $475 quoted. They showed me a clean windshield, but it was cloudy and it only looked clean. I paid them. When I got home I saw the rust was not removed, the dents were still their and their window cleaner left streaks worse than before when I drove into the sun.
