Called by a woman "Kelly Smith" badge number 6465 with an accent who claimed that she was with the Federal government trying to collect my education tax that had been unpaid. She said I had 45 minutes to go to Target and purchase an iTunes card to pay the amount at my local county courthouse. She said I could not talk to any third party during this time and that I must stay on the phone with her. Then I looked online and saw the education tax scam and hung up.
