Supposed training program Reports & Reviews (1)

I connected with SWS via a facebook page for sales professionals. They promised amazing training and support and instant employment. The first issue I had, is when I signed up for the program. The cost of the program was $5200.00 They charged my credit card multiple times for different amounts and using several names. I had a charge for $499.00, $1999.00 and $999.00. They also charged $200.00 on a different card. A few days later they told me that had issues with thier payment processor and I needed to pay for the program again. They charged $5000.00 to the same card as the other three large transactions. They told me they would refund the other charges right away. I kept checking my CC accounts and the charges were never refunded. I ask the company why, and they said they could not refund the payments and to dispute the charges with my CC company and I did. Several days later, I checked with my CC companies, and they told me the company was not responding to the dispute claims. I contacted SWS again and they told me they would not respond, and the CC companies would award the judgment in my favor and refund my money. This has not happened. I received an email from the CC company they charged the $200.00 saying they would NOT refund my account as the charges did not respond to the dispute, and the charges did not match. This is because they charged my card in different amounts several times.

As I started working the program, I quickly realized this company is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme. They charge $5200.00 for people to come on board and push selling the worthless training program that consists of three short worthless group calls a week at a very early time 7:00 AM. The calls were about 15 min long and offered so real training substance. The company also provided weak worthless scrips. I booked a one-on-one call with the person that was supposed to be my "coach" and the call was pushed off to another person by the named Caleb. He side stepped my questions stating that he does not work in the program just oversee things from a high level.

Once I realized this company is a total scam, I messaged Caleb via Slack, that I needed the over charge to be returned and I expected a full refund from the program, as I could not push this product with a clear conscious. He responded saying the only way I would recieve a refund was to complete the required 10 scheduled appointments within 30 days. At this point, I had already scheduled 6 appointments and I felt bad for leading people into a crap situation. When I pushed back, he stopped responding. I have not been paid for any of the work I did and I have had another person from the program connect with the same concerns.
