“ which charges only for shipping and handling in the amount of $6.95. They also suggested a cleanse which works well together with the keto pill. I also paid $6.95 S&H for it. Two weeks later, a charge of $94.90 appeared 2 times on my bank account. I was told I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period. There was not a mention of 14 days trial period when I ordered or I would have been on top to cancel. I simply paid for a free trial and I did not sign up to authorize a continued subscription nor did I authorize a charge to my account. They have my credit card number and took advantage of me. When I called the number they had me on hold only to say they have to call me back cause they system is down. The customer service says they are a 3rd party who works for skin care and keto companies. They informed me that the company will not issue a refund. Upon investigation, it turns out, shark tank judges have been trying to end elaborate scams for more than a year and that they have been targeted by false ads. It’s an evil act to prey on a person who simply wants to lose weight. To be taken advantage of financially is criminal. My money is hard earned and I it was stolen from me.
