My computor was "blocked". I could not do anything on it. A message on screen from microsoft said (in effect) that my computor was scammed and I needed to call a number. I did so, and was told they could clean up my computor for 299.99 and then provide me with a 3 year protection plan for a total of 599.99(this included the clean up fee). They wanted me to open my onlline banking to pay the bill. Since I dont do online banking I had no account. They wanted to help me set up one which did not work. So they called me back in 2 days wanting to work on the account again. I told them no (I had asked about a few things and decided this was not on the up and up. But my check was already in the mail. Then they called me back and said the server associated with the protection plan had crashed and could not be used. They wanted to go to online banking to refund my money. I informed him I would not open an online bank acct. and he could just mail me the refund. He said with all the what-efer his reason, he could not do that. So I have lost my 599.99. My check was cashed before he called about the problem and wanting to refund my money. (The check was made payable to Supreme Store LLC) Maybe this will help some others from being taken by this company.
