A man with an Indian accent called and said that my computer was being hacked and had many different users accessing my computer. And asked how many devices i have connected to the internet. He listed off several things that were being used on my computer and i gave him access to my computer and he was able to control my mouse. He said that it would cost me $500 for 3 years or $2000 for lifetime support for any problems on my computer. I am now having to freeze everything and reset all my accounts because i was convinced that he was a legitamate microsoft tech support. After letting my daughter know she looked up the phone number, id number and rep name and found nothing on the BBB. when she called to let them know that she could not find anything she got hung up on and threatened. here is the following things he spoke about
