I received a piece of mail (titled the same as this entry), and have never received previous ‘notices.’ Called the number, spoke with someone named “Junior,” and he informed me that this notice and service were offered when the vehicle was purchased/leased. When I informed him it was never leased, but was bought with cash, he seemed to stumble over his (possible) script and stated he would “put it in the system” and a few other things very fast and was in a hurry to end the call. I had to ask explicitly what the company was and the service(s) offered, and he stated the company is SureGuard USA, and is “a service contract agency” (whatever vague mumbo-jumbo that is intended to mean).

They wanted me to activate my car warranty and took my debit card information saying on Friday the 3rd that they'll debit $198.00 for my auto warranty and then $193 every month in the 3rd for 18 months

I keep receiving phone calls and mail from this company regarding that I contact them about a service contract for a 2018 Toyota 4Runner which I dont even own.

Agent name on what appears to be a protection ID card is Thomas Cammeron III Sureguard USA
