A set box sold with a 5 year guaranteed service to provide Indian entertainment programs was sold with a promise of 24x7 support. The website shows a Florida-based address (10401 Post Office Blvd, #2, Orlando, Fl 32862). The box was provided and I was able to view some programs but most of the movies were on Cam print, and we were promised a 4K prints of movies. After 3 months the set box was not functional. The service only works 9-5 PST - when contacted, asked me to send the system back so they can replace it with a piece of better equipment, but only after i send them back the equipment in its original package, which I did. Now they say that it is a discontinued model and I can neither get a replacement, repair or even the subscription back. So I don't have any service, or the equipment and no refunds. Basically, I was scammed to buy the service and return the equipment. Now the same equipment will probably patched and someone else will be scammed off of another $300 or $360 (the new price on their website). I might not be getting anything back but If I can save another person from getting scammed, I will feel better.
