I ordered 2 charging cables on 11/21/24. They were supposed to arrive before Christmas. They never did. I have contacted the company for a refund. They are giving me the run around - saying that they can't track the original order. They told me they re-sent it and that because of that, they weren't going to refund my money. I cannot use it anymore. Christmas has come and gone. I want a refund.
