Contacted the company by website and then by phone to verify stock on hand for item F015030401 Unimac Basketball. I placed my web order and received and email confirmation. It was the holidays so I was patient for a few business days but I had not received any shipping or tracking information. I emailed and no response. I called and was given a tracking number but it was fake. I emailed again several times and left several voicemails. No response. I have called my credit card issuer for a chargeback but it will take time for that to be resolved. It appears this business runs from a postal box in a UPS Store in Peoria.
