Ordered a Billabong swimsuit using PayPal, did not receive a confirmation or receipt via email or any other means. Received a very obvious USPS phishing text message about invalid delivery address the next morning from [email protected]. Attempted to research the seller, Clothi Clothing, surf-popular.com, or GuessInc which is who billed PayPal and could not find any information on the web. I have initiated a complaint with PayPal and the seller email listed to attempt to dispute the payment is [email protected]. Upon further examination, the website www.surf-popular.com appears to be fraudulent.
