I found out that the "Surprise" in Suprise Shopping was that the product you receive is not the product you ordered! They advertised a portable, stand-up LASER engraver. It purports to be programmable and will "etch" only many surfaces using a laser. They charged me $149.99. I thought it was a good deal. Well, as it turns out, it was too good to be true. It was the old bait and switch. What I got, was a battery operated, pen-sized bevel tool that you can get at Walmart of $9.99. I tried to contact the company with no response. I am now working through my bank to get the money back but please save yourself the trouble!

I purchased an item from above website, received item and it wasn't what I ordered, I've sent 3 emails to the website and to the email address listed no response, I want to return item and get a refund but unable to get a return address, I've tried to go to the website but it is no longer available

Very disappointed with the quality of the item. Looks very cheap and poorly made. I would recommend this to no one. A total rip-off, they do not have a contact number at all and its a shame their email [email protected] when you send a message there is no reply.
