I saw an ad to pay for shipping and receive a backpack on August 11, 2002. I have called 12 times since then, starting September 4. Each time I have been told that shipment and delivery would be in 2 to 6 weeks. It is now May of 2023. While I was requesting a refund of the shipping amount I paid. I was told the company did not issue refunds after 90 days. I said this was not a return. The customer service manager just hung up on me
